Picturebanners, resize problem solved

There was a problem in uploading pictures with a width to height ratio lower than 3/4 or bigger than 4/3. In some cases this could cause a mistake in the resulting pictures because they got cut bad and parts of them were left blank or wrong sections were cut. 
This problem is solved now and I'm sure this won't annoy you anymore.
